Depends on which circles you run in. I'm the president of my campus's feminist club and we talk about women and men's issues. Much of the "feminists don't care about men" rhetoric comes from the media and people who have had bad interactions or made quick judgments.

Why choose two men to be athletes and bosses and the woman to want a boyfriend? What is the logic behind that? They could have easily put switched those roles but they chose not to. Advertising is more purposeful than people think.

The rapist committed the act, but he did not make her friends shun her in the ways she listed. That is a result of cultural influence. The idea of someone 'deserving' sexual violence is because westerners typically have a belief in a just world...they have to make themselves feel like it could not happen to them, so they blame the victim. This lets the rapist off the hook by allowing them to make excuses based on the victim's behavior. Hope that answers your question.
