Just made this pie and despite mistaking baking soda for baking powder it still turned out just as yummy! :) Really quick and easy to make.

Fill the bottom of a pie pan with 3-4 large apples (sliced). In another bowl combine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon and one egg. Spread this over the apples and melt a 1/2 cup of butter over the top. Bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes and enjoy :)

I don't know how ebooks work but it might be because the book is written in a really different style. There are tons of footnotes, pages where you need to turn the book to read the words, etc. So maybe that's why!

Everyone is different, but from my experience the only way to be friends right away is if you both mutually decided your relationship had become a friendship. Since you're feeling down about it I'd give it some time until you're feeling better.. it may not take 6 months, there is no set time that works for everyone. The way I see it, if you're truly friends you should be able to go out for coffee and hear about new things in her life, even if that includes her new relationships. So.. until you feel like you can do that, definitely give it some time.
