This was a well articulated thought. It kind of reminds me when someone cuts you off and that road rage switch turns on. You speed up and start cutting people off without even realizing what you are doing. Well... I hear that's how it works anyway. :P

Might be. One of my friends told me there was one at the Dallas Cowboys training camp. I would imagine there's less than a handful of these things around. It looks like it costs a pretty penny to make.

I understand. I don't live in a city with Rosa's but whenever I visit I definitely hit it up when I'm there. I love their tacos, enchiladas, and tortillas. We need one where I live. :(

Ah, that's disappointing. That might explain the extra lids on top. I thought they were just dumb kids that didn't know how to operate the thing. heh

I wasn't really looking at the cost/savings but that is a good point. I assumed it just made the whole lid process easier -- maybe even a little more sanitizer than the traditional method.
