Look into the Paleo Diet and google Mark's Daily Apple. The idea behind it all is that no one should be eating the food products that are in the middle of the grocery store and are produced by big companies who pretend to care about your health, while actually giving you cattle feed mixed with sugar. This will make lot's of people fat and give them heart attacks. Read up on it and try it out. In short, you eat as much veggies, fruits, and meat as you feel like you want and cut out all processed food. It's incredibly easy once you get into it and is very good for you. It will probably even help you gain weight too because you will finally not be malnourished anymore. So start cooking. Start cooking real food. Do it for your health. If she wants to join, awesome. You'll both get healthy and in much better shape. Focus on health, and the weight will follow. It's not good for anyone to eat junk food. You may not be able to even rent out your unit if you want to move. This is coming from someone who bought a condo. I think they should either build more skyways to connect all of downtown or they need to get rid of them all. (which won't happen) The bad thing about skyways is it turns downtown into a dead zone after the 8-5 business hours are over because nobody is in the skyway so all of those great little food places and other businesses shut down. This makes it so nobody will go downtown in the evenings and weekends.
