Go to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri and click on Heroes of Newerth. It will match your Computer Specs against the the Minimum and recommend specs to play HoN.

P.S. It's 1 Gb minimum

Well, I can only say that if you don't meet the minimum requirements, but you still think that you can play HoN, get a trial account and see your fps.
