dry age it for a week to a month before you do anything with it.

if you have a deli slicer, you can make some pretty bad-ass cheesesteaks. prime rib would also be good. or even just age it, slice it into steaks and cook em up.

you know, this is my favorite band covering another favorite band's song, and yet, somehow its the worst thing they ever did. up until this, i thought HWM's catalog was impeccable.

for some reason, i'm still stoked about the 7" anyway. i just love both bands so much.

I live like a mike away in courthouse. Bike and run on those trails all the time and drive on the parkway frequently. Drivers need to go slower and be patient.

this is retarded. pedestrians have the right of way in a crosswalk. DO stop. accidents are NOT caused by people stopping for pedestrians. they are caused by assholes who tailgate (in this reference)

i actually have really diverse musical tastes, although my tendencies are towards punk rock (mid-90s style emo/post-punk/hardcore primarily), alt-country, indie, bluegrass, the occasional classic rock, some electronica, ska, reggae, fuck it, i pretty much like all genres except jam bands.

i honestly care very little about musical skill. alicia keys can sing and dance but she has nothing on the one-note solos and 3 chord punk of the ramones. the beatles just don't do it for me.

never liked any of the music i heard from them.

they pretty much were (as far as i know) one of the first boy-band/pop-star bands

and, maybe i'm off base here, but generally, i just don't think its cool for a supposed rock and roll band to hang out with the queen, get knighted, etc.

but mostly i just never got into their music or styles and never liked them. maybe one day i'll give them another try now that i'm much older. but i doubt i'll like them. songs like 'paperback writer' make me cringe.

the attention they get is just absurd, why was it a big deal that apple put them in itunes? bizarre to say the least.

i know i'm going to get beat all to hell with downvotes and stuff over this, especially because i am being inarticulate at the moment, but the point is, people look at me with expressions of shock and horror because i dont like them and its crazy. its just a band.
