Personally, I think freckles are cute. :) but if you're looking to cover them up, have you tried a really strong concealer? Maybe something like Kat Von D's tattoo concealer would work. (I haven't tried it, but I've heard good things about it).

I just don't shave them super closely. If you just lightly run the razor over them, it makes the hair less noticeable without nicking them.

I feel like my toes look icky without shaving them. I'm not preoccupied with it to an unhealthy extent by any means, but while I'm shaving my legs, I generally notice my toes and shave them too while I'm at it.
