This is something I don't understand about K-Pop. They haven't really been gone, have they?

Comeback doesn't mean what we think it means in the West. K-pop artists go through cycles of promotions. So they'll have this song (or concept) that they are promoting for awhile and since it's their first promotion they'll be on the comeback stage because they are literally coming back to the stage with a new song. They'll promote it for a while and then they have their goodbye stage which is them saying that they're done with this song, they're going to take a break, and then they go and work on the next song. And so on, and so on, and so on. Until they disband and one or two of them have solo careers. And then it repeats.

So I tried to find more about this but all I got is that I reckon this was taken sometime in 1937. Apparently she was in Tokyo around that time to record Japanese nursery rhymes.

The problem is that you're generalizing what OC means in a very specific context. This is /r/demotivational, it's built around sharing demotivational posters. OC isn't going to mean a photograph that you just took and decided to share with us. OC means a poster you just made and are going to share with us.

You might say that's stupid because it's so easy to do and that's exactly why we reward people who do it. We get too many images submitted here that aren't demotivational posters so this was our idea to try and get some real demotivational posters in here.

You can though because the original content is the creation of the poster, this isn't /r/EarthPorn. OC doesn't mean you took the picture it means you created the poster.
