I have a great number of scars as well, but I do not think body modification is 'defacing' your body. It's enhancing it to your own liking. You have your own opinion though, and I do not wish to argue with you or anyone else, for that matter. So, have a good day. :)

No, I did not get them for cosmetics. I got them simply because I wanted them. Not to be sexy or anything like that. Pierced nipples just always appealed to me.

While I respect your opinion and have nothing against it, I do have to say some things. First of all, I did not get this piercing to be 'sexy.' I got this piercing because I love body modification and I've wanted this for myself for a while now. I don't find my piercing sexy at all. I find it liberating and artistic. I could care less what people think or how many people call it 'sexy' or 'hot.' It's not any of those things to me. This piercing was pain and blood and sacrifice for something I wanted. That's not sexy at all.
Oh no, they hurt worse than ears. But it was bearable!
I am impressed!
