No, it doesn't go away with the brakes. it occurs at the same location on the wheel, does that make sense? Like if you had paint on a forth of your wheel, as it rotates, you will see it on the ground? Thats how it sounds if I go slow, so there is spot thats making the noise. It just all blends together when I go fast

I do indeeed have a drum brake though

It gets higher pitched and squeakyish when I pick up speed
