Cool, thanks. I usually sear them in a grill pan for 2ish mins and then throw in the oven for a bit. That's the best formula I have found, but honestly the best steak I've had was this:

Rib-Eye from local Fresh Market Marinated 24-hrs with: ginger pineapple juice soy sauce red wine garlic salt/pepper to taste

I started to cook it on a propane grill, but the propane ran out, so we transferred it to a fire. I shared it with about 6 guys and they all said it was the best steak they've ever had. I call it "redneck gourmet."

Another question? What do you think about salting steaks pre-cooking? I covered one in sea salt (both sides) and washed it, grilled it (added pepper) and really didn't think the method was any better.

I've always wondered why they never "minded the gap" when making toilet seats. All you need is a little rim sticking down and you'll never piss your pants while on the toilet again.

Cyclists do it, too. Basically, for every subset there are a few assholes that ruin it for everyone. I think they just take advantage of the fact that they're more maneuverable than a car. But if you ride like that, Karma'll catch you and you'll end up wiping out at some point.
