This is not really homeopathic, in that it's not an infinitely diluted sugar pill. I guess it falls into the "natural remedies" category, so they call it "homeopathic" because it's an effective marketing buzzword. It contains Zinc gluconate, which is an actual active ingredient. And I've found it to be pretty effective, in the throat spray version.
