My board shorts don't have a liner, which is why I'd need something underneath.

They have both gi and nogi classes. If I like BJJ, I would eventually buy a gi. The university also has a judo club that I'd like to also try, so I could use the gi for that, too, I guess.

Stretch your hamstrings as much as possible, since tight hamstrings can pull on your lower back. During the day, take frequent breaks from your desk (sitting for long periods can shorten -- and tighten -- hamstrings). I agree. Moved here from NYC. Not that it's a real deli, but the "kosher" HEB on Far West has a small deli section - some good sandwiches and they sell Dr. Brown's.
