I've never played a string instrument. Never learned a single note on a guitar or base or banjo. People hand me them all the time and I feel dumbfounded and lost. It's hard for folks to believe, and I've been interested, but never took on the endeavor.

I just want to add that breathing techniques while implementing PC muscle control is very useful. Breathing through the build up of orgasm allows me to oxygenate and calm down my anxiousness that builds up, allowing me to last much longer.

Why do we care so much about fat? Monitoring processed food intake and over-consumption of meat is the most important thing to look out for. Don't worry about your number of calories, be concerned where your calories are coming from.

That's not quite how thermal mass works. For two days, yes, the compressor would be running quite constantly, but as the ice freezes the compressor has to remain on for less time to continue the freeze. The extra few days are just made to freeze it to the core, but since the ice takes up so much thermal space it doesn't require much power to do so, and after that the compressor is off entirely for weeks. Considering that, I don't know how money can't be saved.

We used the freezer and then unplugged it once it was finished. We wanted to make sure it was frozen solid, but I'm honestly not sure exactly how long that takes. I figure if you have to do that every 3 weeks, it's worth the energy savings. It's melting very, very slow.

So my roommates and I took a giant cooking pot (3-5 gallons), filled it with water and froze it for 5 days straight. Once it was frozen to the core, we placed it in our fridge on the top shelf and unplugged the fridge. It's been a week and the fridge stays more than cold enough to preserve everything. The milk and cheese is stored right next to the ice pot, with the eggs underneath it. When you open the door, a cold blast actually leaves the fridge.

As the ice melts it's all self-contained, and there is no constant running compressor, saving energy. Also, this process seems to make me more cognizant of food purchases. You are less likely to purchase processed frozen and preserved foods and more fresh vegetables, fruit, dried grains, nuts, etc.

Give it a shot...I figured others might enjoy this idea.

One issue that never gets addressed is how hemp pollen is going to affect Oregon's outdoor medical marijuana community. Rogue pollen prevents sinsemilla and there is a huge economy that currently comes from medical marijuana in Oregon, although it's less apparent as California's dispensaries. However, it will be exciting to keep hemp products and textiles local in my state.

I think the most important facet of making a place friendly to bike travel is city and urban planning. With the right planning, all cities in the U.S. could be very adaptable to bikes and implement their use, but bikes aren't or weren't very much considered.

To really utilize a lot of the foods they are emphasizing, get a crock pot and have lentils cooking full of vegetables, nuts and sees, and spices all the time, pair it with quinoa and brown rice, and top it off with fresh vegetables when you eat it. Frugal and amazing.

It was interesting at the internet back-lash that really judged the individual based on his appearance and profession, as if he'd have ill intentions because of his personal preference. I have been trying to ween myself off of pornography for the last few months. I find I go in spurts where I don't view it or consider it satisfying at all, and then at times I'm overwhelmed with the desire of pornographic and physical stimulation that it'll consume me for hours every few weeks; it's kind of sad.

Porn gives me a huge misconception of sex and influences my reaction to women dramatically. I find it takes a focus of intention in communicating and consideration of a woman for me to look past what they can do to satisfy my stimulus and actually see them for who they are. I'm getting better and interacting with more women who are friends, which helps.

Porn is over-rated, masturbation is not, and fantasy is under-rated. I feel like I find more satisfaction in the deviant nature of pornography and the thoughts I associate with it while interacting with women in real life, rather than what other focus it could have. Deconditioning is definitely in order for those of us who are tired of this interaction...now, if I could only bring myself to delete mi fap folder.

So I'm planning on making tincture, and after talking with a friend we decided that since the weed has not had a chance to become heated, doing an extraction of plant matter will not get you high, but rather cbd'd or stoned. If you want the most out of your plant matter, heat it in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes before adding it to the alcohol for a week.
