1.2 lb of Beef, Bacon, Cheese, Friend egg, Sweet chilli sauce, tomato, cucumber and lettuce on a big Belfast bap. Couldn't finish it so my dog had a good feast for dinner also :D

This all applies to USB external harddrives. USB thumb drives tend to use flash memory and therefore don't require formatting to play media on the xbox, but most external harddrives are in a format the xbox can't work with. Therefore the harddrive must be reformatted to FAT32, which allows for use on Mac, PC and Xbox.

The only legit one's I've ever seen were from me and one by my friend. Both on kill confirmed. I got mine using killstreaks (attack helicopter, reaper, pavelow).

The people I were playing were just god awful. On village with an mk14, just kept picking them off as they ran towards me lol. Didn't move too much after the like 20th kill... Nerve wrecking :P

Ah that sucks... I normally don't run into that problem too much.. I think I'd I've had about 5/100 reapers shut down. Maybe I just get lucky :P But yeah reading these comments is making me want to try out some smaller killstreaks to see how i do

What shotgun are you using? I've played about 5 days now and still have yet to properly try the shotguns. I tried the striker with the default class and I was absolutely useless with it..

Ah this would explain why since that update I've dropped from a 2-4 KDR per game to a 0.5-1.5 KDR... This is so frustrating, and I'm sort of glad I haven't bought elite yet because of this. I really hope it gets patched soon because I was genuinely really enjoying this game until the other day. I lose every single gun fight I'm in now, even though my KDR is higher than everybody in the lobby generally.. (30mb internet) and I'm host quite often too..

I live between Malone and Lisburn road, and I've heard that everybody round this area's virgin media is just awful in general. But, yeah I'm positive it isn't due to capping. There were days when none of use the internet at all (due to it being unusable) and it was still awful. The 30mb package allows you to download 10gb between 9am-3pm and 5gb between 4pm - 9pm.

I actually think it might have been a problem with the wireless. A comment above:

If you go to 192.168.0.1, default login is admin and pass is changeme. Go into advance settings, choose wireless settings from the lefthand side. There's a drop down box entitled "802.11 mode", change that to up to 145 Mbps. After doing this I found all my devices were getting much better speeds, from 0.5mbit/s beforehand now I'm getting 27mbit/s in the middle of the day. Also found disabling ip flood detection and firewall features improved wireless speed dramatically. (Under content filtering - services)

This seemed to have worked for us... I don't know if it was coincidence or not, but ever since I changed 802.11 to 150 Mbps the internet's been working perfectly!

Been changed for over a day now and it's still going strong! I'm beginning to think it might have been the wireless on the router. My friends was unusable also, but when he connected the xbox with ethernet it was fine.

Ah that sucks. There's usually a hefty bill for cancelling though isn't there? Or because the service is literally unusable, is that not them breaching their own contract?

Wow, this worked. Granted it's 3am and I can't be 100%. But i changed the 802.11 mode to 145 and I'm up to 30Mbp/s. Changed it back to 300, and it went slow, then tried changing it back to 145 and it went fast again.

I'll need to see if it stays good for tomorrow! If not, we're cancelling and going with talktalk

This is just common in most movies and tv shows. Maybe it's to help with the flow of the dialogue? Always wondered this myself
