We (TSI/TekSavvy) cannot monitor bandwidth usage on cable anyway; they are all unlimited packages (for now, but nothing is in the works to add bandwidth monitoring for cable).

Also we cannot monitor Rogers network usage so don't go unlimited, they are all essentially unlimited (for now, with no current plans to add bandwidth monitoring support for cable right now). We are having a lot of congestion issues right now at night with no ETA in sight.
