Used to be a place in Austin called U R Cooks.. always could eat the 64oz and a pitcher of beer, so the wife and I were in San Antonio one day doing touristy things and suddenly we decided to drive to Amarillo for the 72oz steak. 9 hours later we arrived hungry, stayed in a nearby hotel, got the limo ride to the Big Texan and put away two free mega meals in just under 50 minutes.

Before we started eating we sliced the steak until our wrists creaked...made it super thin and just slurped it down without chewing. Then we enjoyed the sides! I hate shrimp but with enough tea and sugar you can swallow anything whole.
