I work as a server. One day I got a call from my boss asking me if I had any plans for a certain day about a month from then at the time. Thinking he needed me to work a shift (most likely a terrible one) I had a few thoughts of lying to him, (uhh, are the Indians in town that week, can I say I have tickets?) any excuse was ready but luckily I said that I had no plans. Turns out he asked me if I wanted to play golf with the head dude of our company (easily a multi-millionaire) at the nicest course in Ohio. And I love golf maybe a little too much, so naturally I'm thanking him up and down.

By the time I get to play the very exclusive course, my super-boss bought me an $80 dollar golf shirt, and a sleeve of golf balls. Not to mention we had a great time (very interesting getting into the head of a millionaire). I still work there, and have no plans of quitting any time soon.
