Either i'm very stupid or that doesnt explain much.

from what i gather spontaneous recovery is you first get conditioned but as time passes and the stimulus decreases a second conditioning starts to (implant?) for that same action, but it after a while it (miraculously?) comes back to the first conditioning.

Does that even begin to make sense?
