The "waves" up to it are wayyy harder to get speed from than videos make it look... I thought I was gonna be able to ollie it at least but I couldn't even get close to that.

This is outrageous. As a South Carolinian that got to read Ender's Game in SC public schools (I read it before then too, but getting to read GOOD books in school was a rarity), this is ridiculous. We read it around 6th grade, so like 11-13? The ignorant, prejudiced people of this state are the same reason we're consistently at the bottom of national education rankings. Never quite the last spot though, thanks Mississippi!

where in Austria are you going? i lived in vienna last year for a while and could recommend some spots, make sure you check out the skhate you spot map though

Every time I set up a new board, I take the edges of the griptape and sand down all the edges PLUS most of the front bolts area a little. It makes a world of difference as far as resistance goes, and makes shoes/boards break in a little faster.

That box ends shortly after the right edge of the photo, so where you land isn't really a problem unless you hit it at a very sharp angle for the most part.

Come on down whenever man, I live right by the park and have couches to crash on... I'll be skating tomorrow afternoon for a bit, maybe going to hit the Playground mini this weekend that's slightly outside of cola in Elgin. I skate the park a few times a week after I get out of class around 3-4.

Best use of good tequila for a margarita:

1 teaspoon-tablespoon (however much sweet you like really) Agave Nectar

1.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice (not that Rose's sweetened shit)

2-2.5 oz premium tequila

shake with ice. drink on the rocks or blended. absolutely delicious
