If you're using TeXShop as the tex application, you also need to keep in mind to compile the file first as latex, then bibtex, and then another two times latex. There's an option at the top where you can change it between latex and bibtex. To compile, just need to click "typeset." Hope that helps.

In terms of the violation, see reply above. Maybe a part of it is the difference between the relationships. I just know for myself everything was comfortable before, and now it's not. In terms of what she thinks of my feelings, she's hurt by the fact that I'm not happy for her, but she understands where I'm coming from....

As part of the agreement, we had said that we are allowed to go out into a public setting and make-out with other people (or anything you can do out in the open). However, if we wanted to have sex with the person (i.e., anything you would do behind closed doors), then that person would need to meet the other partner. Basically, what ended up happening was that she felt a connection with S and decided to go back to her room, take off her clothes and masturbate in front of her. She ended up telling me about it after the fact, and we talked about it a ton... but it's still a sore point with me.

Well, I applied to UC Berkeley for Physics. Not sure what the verdict is yet for that particular school.

Thanks for the input. Wow. I'm not in the Phoenix area, however I'm definitely open to moving for a couple of months. After all, I've moved for going to college on the East Coast from California, so I'd be up for anything. Right now, I'm still in school and will be graduating in May. If I may ask, in what research area(s) are you potentially searching a lab assistant?
