That isn't the point. This is how companies screw the customer. I agree here because nobody reads the TOS, but at the same time the tos could say they are going to charge your credit card once a week for 50$ and when you agree to it, you are still at fault when the charges start coming in because you agreed to it legally.

Why is this not higher? Oh one minute ago... Still, I agree. While making calls they robot tells you the call is going to be monitored and recorded. If it gets raised to corporate offices they'll pull the call and see what the rep actually said.

And those are asshole waitstaff. I've worked in the restaurant and I think a few things. 1. You should always tip out your hostess and busser. 2. The cooks should be making a ton more than they actually are. 3. Servers always love to complain when they don't make more than they want.

I'm not trying to say you're wrong because I know you are correct but I actually know multiple servers who have been audited because they did this. They ended up paying in a ton of money and they never claim under what they actually make anymore.
