Simply, if there was a law restricting all couples to one child, the population would be half of what it is now in 100 years. After the 2 parents died the one child would take their place. Also. once the population reaches the optimum level the law would be changed to allow 2 children, allowing the population to remain the same with out diminishing.

I was thinking about starting the bid at around 80

This is a project that I did for high school a computer class. I used a stop motion program (istopmotion), ableton live and imovie to finish it off. The sprites are all paper cutouts.
