I'd take you out for a nice seafood dinner in that dress and definitely give you a call back afterwards.

Whether you like baseball or not you've got to admit, this is a pretty sweet smoke spot by QUASI_BONERin trees

manages to burn one at a Rockies game a few years back, but not nearly as ballsy as this: we just went to the smoking section and had a couple of people light cigarettes while we covertly passed the bowl. props to you, sir.

as an American who loves both sports (with a bias towards American Football) i actually agree with this on a number of levels. one response that comes to mind, however, is with his assertion that there is no creativity/clever though in American football. it can certainly be inferred from this that it is not so much a lack of creativity as a difference in where and among whom that creativity is concentrated and most important. based on this, one could easily argue that American football coaches are, by comparison, forced to use their creativity/critical thinking on a far higher level than are football ("soccer") coaches, as American football coaches have to constantly observe player matchups and specific personel packages on the fly during the downtime between each play. this is largely what informs the instructions that the players are then supposed to follow, and the process of determining and individually assigning the proper duties to eleven individual players in a span of 40 seconds (time on the play clock after a play has ended in the NFL) is no easy task. this is part of why i love American football, as i try to watch it as a coach would and figure out what instructions players might be given prior to the start of a play based on who is on the field and where. conversely, Cleese's comment about how football plays out like jazz i found to be a very apt comparison that accurately describes why i appreciate it as a sport, as well. i still say that a comparison of the two is largely irrelevant, as they are two entirely different sports with two entirely different mindsets and approaches.

tl:dr: creativity is present in both sports, it's just a difference of who is primarily utilizing it, both sports are awesome.

best part for me was the lack of surprise/emotion on his face. drives the dagger in, walks it off. cold. blooded. killer.

I have never used marijuana. As a result, all I know is based on the seemingly constant praise and justification it receives on the internet. Reddit, what are your worst experiences with the drug and why is it illegal? by MagikalGiantin AskReddit

[–]flotilla-the-hun 0 points1 point ago

worst experience for me has been the handful of times that i have smoked after drinking FAR too much alcohol beforehand. usually the mix isnt bad for me, but these particular occasions were such that i am surprised that i was able to smoke at all considering how much i had to drink. just gave me the spins and i eventually puked. i refuse to blame it on herb, though, as this has never happened to me solely from marijuana use on its own.

Question to r/GreenBayPackers about Hard Knocks by RF_Nevacin GreenBayPackers

I'd prefer the focus to be a super bowl as well. Hard knocks is a boatload of distractions that we don't need.

President Obama Endorses Gay Marriage on ABC Nightly News by mike8787in politics

glad to see this. the problems that this kind of endorsement can potentially help fix far outweigh the "problems" that it would potentially create. today is a good day for civil rights.

same problem here, i live in the south and an eighth of respectable herb is generally going to go for $60 unless you know the seller well enough for him to cut a deal. i actually moved back here from CO to start law school, and i have yearned for the days of Rocky Mountain prices ever since...

Chris Webber addressing Blake Griffin's flopping by wafrhestin nba

[–]flotilla-the-hun 39 points40 points ago

as a memphis fan who tried to remain objective about sports, i can't help but agree with this. Griffin is a good player, but the guy acts like a rag doll when he's touched. LA deserved the win tonight without a doubt, but seeing stuff like this just frustrates the hell out of me, regardless of whether i have vested interest in the other team.

is it not a blatant inequality that women are paid less on average for the same jobs that men do without any supporting evidence that they perform those jobs at a lesser level than men do?
