Does anyone else notice that a lot of times on CBC broadcasts, the time clock "sputters"? That would validate what Lombardi is trying to say here. I've noticed that this happens quite a bit, although it's more common in certain arenas than others, and the time-skip isn't as blatant. I think the CBC clock is direct from the arena clock unlike TSN or Sportsnet which use their own clock.
