The current value for crate 38 seems to be 2 scrap.

Crate 37 value is about 1 scrap.

As for the other ones not really sure but I would guess their value would be below 1 random weapon, I do not think there's a big demand for them.

I would recommend to put up a trade in tf2outpost or/and tf2tp, and just sit and wait to see the type of offers you get. ATM you can get a fairly decent low/mid tier hat as there are a lot of desperate sellers trying to dump their hats for promos.
