Elder wand and cursed medallion. With these you can come pretty close to everything else on the list. Living forever, and not enjoying food, drink, or sex would be a huge downside, but I want to see what's the future holds. Elder wand has so many possibilities to help yourself and others. Good do a lot of good, and would not have to worry about someone trying to take your powers since you can't die.

Sure the portal gun is cool and can make things move from one space to another, but the elder wand can achieve that and more.
Lightsaber, yea it's badass, but not hard to beat.
The ring makes you invisible, so does the wand, and the wand doesn't have negative side affects. (Corrupt is negative still in society isn't it?
Deathnote, yes you can kill anyone. Personally I wouldn't enjoy this, but if needed the wand can aid me in this.
Ring, almost took the spot of the wand, but I don't think you can do as much. You can't "teleport", make yourself invisible, or a few other things. Plus being recharged and it's limited by your imagination and will.

Pokeball, once again badass, but with one pokemon I see limitations.
