You can bus it up there as the 41 Lynx makes a stop right at Northshore Blvd. From there it's about a mile walk down. Faster by car, of course, but if you have no other way, $4.50 will get you there and back by Lynx.

Cangene Plasma is where I go. It's located up in Altamonte Springs and they are appointment based. Hit the link to call them as you (or your BF) need to set up your first visit, which could take up to about 4 hours as they need to do a physical. Make sure you bring with you a current, valid ID. They will tell you all this on the phone. If you qualify it's $25 a donation and you can go twice a week. Hope this helps!

The intersection of 436 and Northshore Blvd. in Altamonte Springs is particularly harrowing to cross.

http://golynx.com/ Public buses go far and wide thanks to the sprawl, but there are plenty that travel just on the major work corridors in Orange county, 436 and 441. Sanford is another story but there is even an Express Lynx bus that travels up that way. In Orlando, a bus hits a stop typically every 30 minutes.

Being a pedestrian in this town is a "Take Your Life Into Your Own Hands" adventure and there have been at least 2 cars crash into FUCKING LYNX BUSES in the last week.

Yup, and in the 2 or so weeks between College Program sessions us full-timers could make some serious bank through OT. I remember being a trainer at EPCOT and right before the spring session 1999 I heard a rumor that Parking was getting NO GIRLS! I said, "Screw that, if no girls are coming I'm training." I sat outside in the break area explaining this to a couple of Park Greeters when the TC (Training Coordinator) rolled up. She got out of her truck, saw me and said, "Want to look at the training list? We've got some girls coming in." I sighed and as I followed her back to her office I looked back at the Park Greeters and said, "Just when I think I'm out, they pull me right back in!"

Ended up dating my trainee too for about a month. Not to be "those were the days" but man, those were the days.

I looked in horror as if I had helped create that subreddit by giving you the idea, but it appears you already created it months ago. Interesting, though, that your new subreddit is mostly links to news reports and not actual pictures. That actually makes the dead children subreddit more disturbing in that material of that nature is, on the surface, more easy to come by than actual images of dead teenagers.

You are a controverisal figure, violentacrez, but I've always had an admiration for you. I particularly enjoyed your AMA a while back. Do you have a stance on the criminalization of child pornography? How does it mesh with your running subreddits that depict the often violent deaths of children?

Also, law enforcement prosecutions on possession far and away exceed those prosecutions on production. The rhetoric of outlawing possession assumes there is some massive black market the involves millions of dollars changing hands on an annual basis. The evidence, however, doesn't match to the rhetoric. It's further not helped that empirical research on production is not only problematic, but illegal to do outside of law enforcement agencies.

How's this to blow your mind: /r/jailbait might be a controversial subreddit but it makes sure to stay within legal boundaries. Hardly anything posted there would I consider damaging or harmful to the viewer.

Then there is this subreddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/picsofdeadkids which has profoundly disturbing imagery yet is not only acceptable under the guidelines of reddit, but perfectly legal to download and possess.

Why doesn't reddit have a function that allows filtering of gigantic AMAs to only show comments responded to by the OP? I was legitimately interested in this one but, seeing as how I am late to the party, I have waded through hundreds of comments from redditors debating amongst themselves and not seen one response from the OP. IMO this is where the upvote/downvote system undermines the purpose and function of AMAs.

"A few years ago, 1UP laid off a bunch of people. The news spread through IGN fairly quickly. People shouted it over cubicle walls and an email thread was started, but everyone kept saying that the real information was coming from laid off 1UPers posting on a website called Twitter. When I heard this, my response was simple: "What the fuck is Twitter?"

Today's been a lot like that day. Early this morning, someone Tweeted at me (Ha!) to tell me that I was getting destroyed on Reddit. I wondered aloud: "What the fuck is Reddit?"

Clearly this is a man ahead of the curve.

Have problems with Beauty because of poor comp? Try having one person kite the pups all the way back to the start of the instance. It's only Beauty who despawns if taken out of her cavern. Yeah, you remove a DPS from the fight (should be your lowest) but the other 2 and the healer can just tank and spank.

As a priest, I see way more pissy DPS now. Healing is nothing like it was in Wrath, and as such many Heroic fights require me to keep the DPS up just enough to get by. If they want any more health it's on them. I can't remember the last time I saw someone bandage. I'm not sure if even in full T11 and Heroic raid gear would be enough for me to faceroll Heroic 5-mans. Maybe T12 but more likely T13.
