If you were put in charge of trimming Earth's human population down to 3 billion or so, what would your criteria be for who stays and who goes?

Can't remember the country, but in my civics class we learned about this country that apparently had a benevolent dictator. And in this Country you are limited to one child and can apply for a second and you don't get tax breaks and whatnot. Can't remember all the details but it's pretty interesting that someone is actually bent smart about running country. You could probably Google benevolent dictator and find it.

Agreed, my biggest hope for the game tbh is that they will add an undead nightmare type expansion. Ever since red dead undead nightmare I've been wanting that experience, but in a big modern city.

Reason I hate tdm in bf3 as well. I have to tip my hat to people who can do well on cod free for all though, I tried once and literally felt exhausted trying to think so quickly for an entire match, constantly predicting, shooting, running, keeping eyes open for people spawning behind me. Shits too intense for me. I prefer hiding behind my lockers in metro
