Pedigree seems uncertain. I would bring some calipers for skull measurements to verify it a good enough breed and not some typical generic mixmutt. Then follow up with ancestry testing to be sure. Values are heavy on the snivel and pity side however. Not a neurological makeup for win of any sort.

The land is an historically African place. They can rule it and run it as they see fit. Certain non-black people have their own neglected lands to tend to. Instead they are dwelling on what the Other is doing far away. I believe that has everything to do with why their own lands are neglected.

They're "Enlightened" evolutionary throwbacks whos cognition is unable to prevail over their do-gooder impulses. They do not comprehend that all human groups are not the same as their own group.
