He wasn't last year, and its not like the year is up, he can still come back. I don't get how you can see 50 games last year and still think he is useless.

Wow, I am definitely going to use this method. It shouldn't matter that I lower the temperature as long as there has been enough (or complete) fermentation, correct?

Clearly I am a new brewer. Could you explain the cold crash? I live in a hot, humid place so I was planning on fermenting in a minifridge at normal ale temperatures.
