As well, since 2010 the number of people driving (tax revenue) is going down and the number of people taking transit (fare revenue) is going up. If that trend continues fare revenue could potentially outpace tax revenue, and preventing unpaid fares will become much more crucial.

I use Car2Go and it's pretty fantastic, but its operating area doesn't extend to North Van or UBC, so it likely wouldn't be the right one for you. You can't end the rental outside of the operating area, so you'd keep paying until you brought it back.

Kind of a gigantic stretch, but 1 sen used to be 1/100 of a yen (Japanese currency) and was generally minted on cheaper metals/materials than the yen coins. Maybe it's a shot at the fortress being cheap/old/second rate, especially compared to Anor Londo; the real destination.

I'm not sure if this is "quirky", but I can't let go of my Black Knight's Greataxe. At +5 with 40 STR it only does slightly less damage than a +10 fire Zwei against most enemies, but the swing is noticably faster (2-handed attack is almost unfairly quick), has a faster recovery time as it doesn't hit the ground, and I like the swing arc more. The biggest downsides are the 36 STR requirement and the 16.0 weight. Also the R2 attack is pretty much useless.
