That really sucks. I'm the creator of /r/gwu, and it's been slow getting things up and running. I think we've been up for around a year and have about 400 subscribers. I dont really know what to do about your mod. I'd keep trying to contact them, and in the mean time try spreading the word of reddit around gtown.
