Passenger window on my 2012 Nissan Versa was shattered on the highway. Can I replace it with a window from a junkyard? by LordAurorain Cartalk

[–]dills 1 point2 points ago

call the junkyard ahead and let them know that you need the passenger window for your make, model, and year. If you have to pull it yourself, I would recommend taking your buddy along with you.

My issue is that I saw this guy under the car, on that cardboard you see under the engine. If you're going to be crawling around under the car, you should be using jack stands.

Aldi is selling this bike next week. Should i buy ? by 2shy2talkin bicycling

[–]dills 1 point2 points ago

if you will actually be using a bike on a regular basis (daily), just spend the money for what you know is what you want. I know nothing of this bike, but if aldi is selling it, you probably don't want it for a daily ride. But I could be wrong. But you get what you pay for.

I don't know what city you're in, but the best thing I've learned in Chicago (biking or driving), is don't hesitate. Whatever decision you make, make it. Hesitation gets people hurt.

Since you seem to have been around for so many now popular websites beginnings, what were you around to see start up and do terribly, and why do you think that they didn't take off?

I think he's talking about the 2 string bales, which lowded said weigh between 40 to 75 lbs. This seems accurate to me, I also spent a few summers stacking bales of hay/straw.

Okay tehdon, this may be the problem. I removed the hub bearing nut and the washer behind it, but I didn't remove the hub bearing. Can you tell me how to? This isn't an issue I've had to deal with on other drums I've dealt with.
