Didn't expect to start crying at work. I'm really sorry to hear about this happening. The loss of my cats would be devastating. That firefighter is awesome.

I'm really torn between Michael Holt or John Stewart. Frankly they're two of my favorite characters in the DCU regardless of race.

John's resilience is both admirable and refreshing, and his humanity is evident in everything he does. Green Lantern Corps vol. 3, #7 "Rendering Honor" really got to me.

I have been consistently impressed by some of the artists I have found (many through /r/futurebeats) that give away their music via bandcamp or soundcloud.

I think that another Share Your Favorite Source of Futurebeat music would be awesome for me! I've been subscribed for around a year now and am still fascinated by the wide variety of sources that lead to great music getting posted here.

I know you're getting a lot of these "Hey I really loved Home Movies" comments so here is another one.

I was first enjoying the show in my early twenties, and things were pretty tumultuous in my personal life. Home Movies was something safe. Sarcastic and droll without being disingenuous. Sweet without being saccharin, and silly without being forced.

I think it's interesting that the split seems to be "Hey this is good advice, but that word is mean and respect for women and stuff, lol." and "This is just satire. Really good satire. Here are other examples of satire because you guys just don't know about satire."

I'm more inclined to think it's just really crappy writing and does nothing for anyone by propagating these ideas and that fucking word.
