FYI The det can do full crits(90) to burning targets as long as you have another weapon out other than the det.

Powerjack was my melee weapon of choice and (great against pyros as well), but since they nerfed it, it's now just the fire axe that gives you health on a kill. For now I'll just stick with the axtinguisher. I also didn't use the powerjack for the attendant set.

In my opinion, you shouldn't start in a 6v6 match if you are new to Tf2lobby. Most of the people on there are self centered pricks. I suggest starting with Highlander matches.(9v9) I don't want to say that people are nicer in those lobbies but they are more lenient to new players.
