I (he) is in CT, does your LBS have a link to their shop, any specifics on the bike?

update: I decided to take the bike in and have them look at it, they said yup it's not working, called Fox, Fox said to ship it to them for repairs. I was told that because it's being shipping to California it is going to take a while, figure a week shipping there and a week shipping back and was told that they are busy right now so figure a couple weeks (unless I wanted to pay $25 for expedited service) which I did. I hate that I had to pay anything on a bike thats under warranty but in all reality I don't think it would be fair to make my LBS pick up the tab on something that isn't their fault, they have been good to be otherwise.

I do wish they had a loaner or demo program but they ditched that after getting too many damaged bikes back.

I also thought of buying another shock but ultimately finances are tough and I was not able to convince the wife to let me spend that kind of money.

I am trying to be positive, I am getting it fixed under warranty which is good, and I will spend my down time training or riding DB's or something else.

that's the dilema, nothing! sucks, 3 weeks and I had to pay for expedited service, otherwise it would have been well over a month

I compiled a photo of the bikes I've been through over the past two years, my girlfriend thought it was dumb. Guys? by That_Urks_Mein motorcycles

I like the first one where the drive side of the dirtbike is on the wrong side

yes, that is my favorite spot as well, I always park on the Rt44 side, makes the "save the best for last" concept work very well for me. I just hate the uphill climb on the other end required to get to it.

believe it or not, I just put that on, this was my second ride with it on and I absolutely hate it. I ride dirtbikes too and wanted more of a dirtbike feeling in my steering, that was my thought behind the shorter stem, long story short, without the weight and the rake behind it it's horrible, it's actually coming off which is a shame, its such a nice piece and was hard to get.

I have activity induced ashtma, what natural remedies would you / can you recommend? by conlysmin MTB

I appreciate all your input and responses, thanks. I am going to try to be more diligent about riding more, honestly I ride whenever I can but it's not as much as I would like. I blame my wife as she is not here to defend herself ;-)

na, they are not dicks, just more advanced than I am. I would also say that it always happens but usually when I have to climb for a long period of time. I usually have a nice warm up and I always stretch but this weekend they were gungho and there was no warm up.

I like where you're going with this, thanks. I do bring water but I am not diligent about staying hydrated.
