I live in a different state, but Connecticut might have something similar. I go through the health department, there's an income based psychiatrist and therapists and I get my medications through assistance, in the cases where there isn't a cheap generic substitute (clonazapam for klonopin, for example). Mine was for TSYS, who handles a lot of credit card shit. I handled Fraud and Non-Fraud Disputes, so I pretty much handled angry people nonstop 8 hours a day.

I'm a former call center lackey, I can't think of anything off the top of my head not to do other than the standards of no cussing, no threats, etc. Remember that these initial people you are going to be speaking to are not getting paid much to do a very pain in the ass job. AMA as far as something you think toes the line and I can tell you, from the Supervisory side, if something would fly or not. (finally, something I can do to help!)
