Administration is allowing the protesters to stay on the agreed-upon condition that no furniture is used in the barricade.

Surprisingly, it seems that both sides are being about as mature as can be expected here.

It really speaks to their appreciation of their customer base. I feel so warm and fuzzy when I see things like this.

Is this a home that you own, or a rental property?
If a rental, how many units are in the facility - is it a house, apartment, etc.

He did not talk to her behind your back. He had a conversation with her, and then willingly disclosed it to you. There was clearly nothing to hide.

Seems to me like you have a significant trust issue that you need to resolve. You allow your boyfriend to have sex with this girl, but not have an innocent and open conversation with her?

I was in the same situation with my bulldog/border collie mix. He is 10 months now, and still very mouthy, but we have managed to shape that behaviour into licking instead of nipping.

The best control methods I found were exercise and "time-outs". When my dog started to nibble, I would replace my hand with a toy. If he continued to go after my hand, I would make a "Ah-Ah!" noise and walk away, or give him a timeout in the spare room. If he tried to lick, however, I would positively reinforce.

After a little bit of time he began to associate that noise with a time out and responded really well to it. When I make it, he stops whatever behaviour he is engaged in. Once I got it across that nibbling is not acceptable, he began to replace that behaviour with licking (much more acceptable).

It really takes time and repetition. Keep at it. He's still really young, it will take him some time to learn.

Keep in mind that as your pup gets older, the behaviour will start to subside.

Related: My buddy went on a date with a girl he had met online. They had exchanged photos, so he figured he knew what to expect.

They met somewhere (I dont' recall where exactly), but he had arrived first. When she arrived, he recognized her immediately because of the photos. What the photos had been creatively designed to hide, however, was that she was completely without arms.

I don't mean to indicate that someone missing arms is less of a person (heh heh). The purpose of this anecdote is to explain how photographs may not always be perfectly representative, even if they do exist.

There's a transit station near where I grew up called "Old Cummer". It's made me laugh as long as I can remember.
