Yeah, I went to Rutgers while he was there. It's because of him that I became interested in football, so naturally, I followed him to Bmore when he was drafted. RU RAH RAH

Best story. If I didn't hate your team so much, this story might have made me a Colts fan. Then I could tell my own story.

As a guy who has never had a girlfriend who approves of gaming, I teared up a little when I saw these.

No, they didn't have enough staff to be around all the time. Once the shift started, I basically saw a staff member twice for the whole 4 hours. But my team was stationed toward the edge of a huge field.

Not too big of a deal, though. We were in Zone 2 of 20 and we were instructed to only pull flags only from people with all 3 flags because they didn't want everyone to be out really early. I still saw people with only 1 flag pass me. That was actually the reason why the officials came to talk to us those 2 times -- we were pulling too many flags. On the way out, I was chatting with the other people in our zone and we agreed that we could have taken every person's flags if we really wanted to.

My team (Bone Appétit) was in a pretty great location: there were a number of us around this mud pit, that funneled into a path which was the width of an ATV. I was standing right in the middle of the path at the bottleneck and doing some pretty major work. A lot of the zombies held onto their flags after pulling them, but I liked to let mine fall on the ground around me, which created somewhat of an "intimidation factor" for runners. This caused waves of runners to stop in front of me to "game plan" how they were going to get down our path. The strategy usually ended up being "let's wait for as many people as we can and then all run at once," which makes sense for them because it would give them, individually, a better chance of getting through, but it also let me grab a shit-ton of flags pretty easily.

They slap your hands away all the time. My wrists were sore for the next two days because of it. Runners also do shit like wrap the flags around the belt and put them on their butts or on their junk. If you're dumb enough to put your flags on your junk, I have no qualms punching you right in the dick.
