its in an apartment complex, so im sure that helped keep the gators out. a couple years back there was a bee infestation, so the apartment people sprayed around the grounds. As far as I can tell it worked because the little shells of what were once bees carpets most the house. every toilet had dired up toads in them. Also lots of water damage.
