For aspiring video creators such as myself, what is your advice on how to get the word out about our shows? I regularly post my content on as many places as I can, and it seems that the people that do stumble across it enjoy what they see, but I'm still struggling to get a strong audience.

Haven't visited it this year, but I'm assuming it's still standing. And I don't commute, but from what I can tell, more parking is still something that's in high demand.

Yeah, the demo unit I saw wasn't really that big. It was a comfortable size. Last time I checked, though, they only had the square footage of the layouts, and not the dimensions of the individual rooms, so that kind of bugs me. But, it shouldn't be too big of a hassle to furnish.

I don't see anything about the Union Fee increase not starting until 2014, which is really all I'm that concerned about. I'm fine with tuition increase if it's going towards faculty salaries or hiring new professors and such.

It's extremely possible that you'll have partying neighbors, if only for the fact that you're moving right next to a college, haha. I'm hoping that the fact that it's a complex full of just single apartments would mean that they're a little too small for parties, though. Fingers crossed.

By the way, I'm actually heading out there Monday to finalize my paperwork. If there's anything you want me to grab a picture of or something, just let me know!
