what's a fun trick to learn? by bmxforlifein bmx

Doing 360's is definitely my favorite trick and honestly a first day bmxer could land one with good speed, a good ramp and complete confidence. Just keep your head and wheel turned in your spinning direction and hang on

If you are the one who built this you will regret building it so small you need at least a 6ft high quarter for any good Bmx trick

Yeah if you have barspins you can do it honestly all it takes it telling yourself "ok, I'm gonna do it this time" and staying on the pedals catching the bars and fully committing.

Is 15 kilo too much for a BMX? by robin_rockin bmx

[–]bqm11 0 points1 point ago*

Nope I have double wall rims a full chromoly CULT bad boy frame and CNC machined headtube heat treated full chromoly primo strand forks and everything else is top of the line over all it's a 1700$ bike that you could jump off a building with and I've put it through tons of abuse and still not dents dings bends buckles cracks or anything

Yeah probably, my bike weighs 22 pounds or 10 kilos, so you're not going to be able to do anything amazing on it but it will work for small jumps If I were you I'd use it until you get decent and if you still enjoy Bmx upgrade :)

It is painted. Unless you mean like spraying a design which I'm definitely gonna do eventually

Yeah I know it's pretty small so I think I'm gonna make the lip about 2-3ft higher.

actually it does the opposite. Painting a ramp not only helps prevent rotting it smooths it out and will fill small seems/cracks. Overall painting a ramp makes it much better for the rider and the health of the ramp over time.
