I think it would be much better if there is a separate time period for the voting process. This is the same issue that American Idol had during their first season. They changed it so that the voting process occur at the end of the show when everyone had already performed.

Do guys know of a website that has a submission tool where people can upvote and downvote. Posting submissions here will be a mess. It's not organized! Any ideas? I was thinking if a mod can compile the submissions for the month and put it on google docs. They have a form tool where we could rate which submissions do people prefer.
