That is a very tricky subject, because ultimately it depends on a few factors. Does the service require an Opt-In from the end users data or does it simply parse all accounts for usable public data? If it is Opt-In only, then they would be binded to their privacy policy, of which is probably more strict. How does each service privacy policy read? Depending on how loose the privacy policy may be, and factoring if it is a third party service to Facebook, do they archive said data for long term use or obtain in relative real-time?

You would need to research each service in question, most specifically to their privacy policy. A lot of work. Ultimately IMO, don't post it online if you don't want someone to read it, regardless if trusted or non-trusted parties are involved. Regarding the OP receiving unwanted solicitations, I'm still wondering how a 32yo obtained the 17yo's cellular number. It could have been from a public work directory, but more than likely the 17yo lacked common sense and posted it on her Facebook page. Considering how loosely people "friend" others on social networking sites, I'm strongly against posting such private contact information.
