I've been running casually since October of last year and I try to go 3 times a week, but I admit sometimes it is only 2. In October I could only run 2 miles and even then I had to walk. Now I run 5 miles each run, and I've seen my 5 mile time drop from 48 minutes to 39 minutes. I am not training to be the best, but I do want to see improvements. I find that even going 3 times a week, I've been improving a lot.

Yes I believe that is xsplits quality setting. i didn't realize it might look worse at 720p so thats something to consider.

Awesome, this is exactly what I'm looking for.

Yes I meant live streaming. Unfortunately I live in a location that is capped at .95 upload. I've been streaming for 1 year at this and I understand that it is not ideal. I plan to move in the next year so hopefully I'll be able to take the bitrate higher than 800 where I have it now.

Hope I can get a build complete post on here sometime in the next few weeks! :D
