I would humbly suggest the addtion of:
1992/11/19 - Ross Arena, St. Michael's College - Colchester, VT Download
Not only is the SBD available on the spreadsheet, I think most would agree it is a quite a show.

Also, we should put this in the sidebar.

Hey, I made a pretty extensive list the other day if you want

I'd really recommend 7-3-11, probably my favorite 3.0 show (dat mound...)

edit: p.s. which show you going to?

Have you seen FZ live? by YCANTUSTFUin Zappa

[–]arghdos 2 points3 points ago

Nope, like many of us I was born 20 years to late...
Seen ZPZ a few times, once with RTF... that was a night :), seen a couple of covers before Gail dropped the hammer (seriously, fuck her).
But the best Zappa show I've ever seen was a cover for Pop Montreal last winter. A tiny theater, probably 200 people in attendance, some guys lead by the guitarist metal band I'd never heard of must have practiced their asses off, because they fucking tore the house down. I have never heard a crowd that small make that much noise... and that friends is why the music should be free.

we already got like three 5/8/77 submissions
I am absolutely alright with anything but that (for the sake of variety)

Probably should read the previous strip to understand exactly why a spaceship is talking to this guy..

I've really been digging the jazzy vibes in '92 recently, especially that west coast run

Thirty-Five years ago today, the legendary Barton Hall show by PurpPinnochioin gratefuldead

I'm most surprised that there are still versions of this show on archive that you can link to in this sub.
I would have thought that all of them had been linked already...

[picnic] New versus old translation? by square_25in SF_Book_Club

[–]arghdos 0 points1 point ago

This seems particularly relevant to the discussion we were having over here (i.e. me & square_25)
I just ordered myself a copy of the new translation off of amazon.

For me, its either 11/17/73 or 11/11/73
My favorite two shows, from my favorite year. (We can surmise that I think pretty highly of November of '73 as well :p)

Short of that, I guess I'm just going to have to re-read this, with your new information in mind, and see where that brings me.

Ah, re-read your comment, this actually makes a bunch of sense.
Still, the wording in that passage...

I found it

Redrick looked down at her and finished the vodka. He thrust it at Hamster without looking at him. There was nothing to talk about. Some fine kids Burbridge conjured up in the Zone. Loving and respectful.

But enjoy the re-read anyways :)
