I would check your room for high emf. Maybe look for wires, electrical outlets or anything electrical that could be malfunctioning or putting out high levels of emf. From what you describe you might be experiencing high emf fields which can create a 'fear cage'. Some people have high sensitivity to electro-magnetic fields(emf) and it can cause the feeling of being watched, paranoia, and other things associated with the paranormal. Find an emf meter if you can and check the levels in your room. If you want to know more, google emf and maybe look on the Ghost Hunters (TAPS) website. They debunk 'paranormal' things all the time when they find high emf fields due to faulty wiring or something similar.

I know exactly how you feel. I feel as if all my friends from high school are slowly becoming hostile towards me with no explanation. I don't have an answer because I'm struggling with it myself, but just know you are not alone. Try to continue to join clubs and other organizations with people who have similar interests.

I love Neutrogena foundation/powder that is specifically for clearing up skin. It makes acne go away quicker than other makeups and doesn't feel heavy. It's called Skin-Clearing liquid makeup I believe and I like it, but try different things to see what works with your skin!
