Chameleons do NOT change their color to camouflage.

They do change their color, but that's based on temperature and other factors. The myth started in a science fiction novel and picked up from there.

Completely different to how I play, bit I like your style!

I initially got every skill I could to make phasewalk last longer, cooldown time shorter, and then give health regeneration (these are in the assassin and controller trees). I attack people while closing the distance between us, then phase walk once I'm close enough. With added fire/electric/corrosive/explosion damage to each phase blast, this normally finishes off anybody nearby.

While my health is regenerating I speed over to the nearest enemies, deal elemental damage to them when I come out of phasewalk and finish them off with bullets.

It's probably not the best strategy, but I enjoy it.

Also, I'd recommend that OP uses SMGs (can later get class mods with SMG ammo regeneration) and elemental weapons, because she can also unlock heaps of abilities that increase elemental likelihood, damage etc. Not to mention, elemental effects simply rock!

Regarding the "text as image" issue, I think the sad truth is that people see it's a picture and click away. You see a self post and sigh a little bit because it's not as interesting to read text... I think OP was getting around people's issues with self posts/preference for images.

For the record man, you did no wrong. If they were your regular run of the mill dramatic teen, there's no way you could have known. Given you were a teen at the time as well (and not many teens have decent social awareness), you can't blame yourself for this.

Everything that followed was natural, also. I wouldn't go ahead and own up now, but don't blame yourself. Their history of threatening suicide indicates he would have done it eventually anyway.
