I remember when I bought it at Target in 2005 the dude said they only had the white ones, and I said "That's racist" as a joke. He laughed and said he actually was lying because he didn't want to go find it in the back, but since I made him laugh he would get it for me.

I lol'd.

Before that I tried out that fucking awful Microsoft 4 way wheel one that was god-damn terrible. I kept accidentally clicking the side buttons and in game hitting the middle mouse left and right keys would fuck with the game. So I threw that piece of shit the fuck out, got this one.

Once you go black you NEVER go back! <3

I agree. I always wondered why more "serious" modes or games that claim to be hardcore scary dont just do this:

allow game saves, but if you die, it is deleted. then you gotta start over.

Imagine that shit in amnesia? you would be super fucking careful not to get gang raped by enemies.

sure it would be a bit annoying. but ill be fucking damned if that wont make the game super goddamn tense.

Also the game design would have to be flawless. if you ever die it has to feel like YOU fucked up, and not some weird glitch or some dumb collision or bad level design.

Gamers, I'm sorry to say this I really am, but we are collectively responsible for this.

I like many other gamers did not buy DLC like this when Activision and EA started this shit. I remember back playing COD and thinking how retarded it was to pay so much for 4 maps.

You probably agree right? Fuck that shit. I ain't paying. We didn't either. But guess what? Tons of people fucking did.

TONS. Millions in fact. That's a lot of business. The hard truth is that gaming is a goddamn business. To think otherwise is naive.
